What is covered

• Jolt packs and any one-off purchase.
• Subscription payments, including the most recent renewal.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

Purchases are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@brainchaingame.com and we will pass the request on. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Paddle receipt link or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Jolts already spent

Jolts are an in-game currency with no cash value. Refunds under this policy cover the purchase price; when a purchase is refunded, any remaining Jolts from that purchase are removed from your balance.
